RETURNS/REFUNDS

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, contact us before it has shipped. Once shipment has occurred nothing can be changed. This also applies if you have given the wrong shipping address or ordered the wrong product. We would be happy to make those changes before your order is shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The products can not be restocked or resold due to safety and hygiene reasons.

If you have received the wrong product, contact us and we will ship the correct one at no additional charge. The other product is yours to keep.

Refunds

Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be issued as the same form of payment used. It will take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to show in your account. If there is a problem with your order contact us within 7 days of receiving.

Not liking the scent is not a valid reason for a refund. Please read the descriptions of the products very carefully before ordering. While we do our best to describe the scents, they will smell different from one person to the next.

Please read the ingredient list of all products before ordering. Do not order a product if it contains an ingredient that may cause irritation.
